Best experience for short term project freelance translators

If the part of project is short time, what is the best way to translate it? It’s a 1 time maybe 10-15 hours task. Should I go for some vendor agency or better to hire a freelance guy? If the 2nd option, where to find it? I know few groups in Facebook, but it’s not the best way as for me.

Well, yes, you have Facebook, Proz, some other freelance websites. Also agencies in Crowdin works fine.
