Noticed that in another project of mine, where Zendesk is connected, some articles don’t get improted to Zendesk once they’re translate in Crowdin. Don’t know why, all options are default in the integration settings, all articles should be imported, but maybe 50% of them is skipped totally. All are 100% translated in Crowdin UI.
I’m sure you have skip untranslated files export option enabled. With it, all files where is something not translated will be skipped. Articles fro Zendesk have a lot of hidden strings (like for pictures, for url links and so on) that will be never translated, and this option prevents the file from synchronisation.
