Does Zendesk integration support screenshots? I’d like to translate and localise the screenshots so wondering about it.
Yes, it’s a new feature, added about 2-3 months ago.
In Zendesk integration settings you need to turn on translate image assets. After that, images from the article will be uploaded to a separate folder in your project.
Owerall work with them will be just like with the screenshots: you translate them offline and upload translations back to the project.
When syncing translations back to Zendesk, the screenshots will be replaced in the translated article.
