Zendesk guide only one brand picked up, but 3 exist under the same domain URL

Hi, I am connected to Zendesk Guide which contains 3 brands and therefore 3 guides under one domain URL. Your Zendesk guide integration (not the v1 one) connects however ONLY pulls in one brand not 3 and there appears to be no setting for this. Can you help solve this?

This is crucial for us - one tool for all 3 brands under 1 Zendesk Guide URL.

Hello @sissoo_jg!
The integration should be connected to the brand domain - each brand has its own URL. The general domain will retrieve information only about the default brand.

It is needed to create the separate Crowdin project for certain brand since each of them has different URL and IDs.

You can set sync schedule for each project, share TMs and other Resources for better management.
