I’ve opened the Zendesk application in my project but it grabs only articles. No emails or chat (this one I even don’t hope to have available). How to turn them on? Seems integration works not well, in settings there’s no “emal” or “chats”?
Hello there, it requires anothed application, native Zendesk connector works as you described, with some articles only.
