I mistakenly made the project private (but wanted a public unlimited number of words), and now my account is suspended, can this be fixed, or do I need to create a new account?

It should be related to limits, maybe you have too many words or so. Here in the top right corner should be a list of your features and limits: Plans, Pricing, and Free Trial | Crowdin
