Hi @azerty11235
The one with the CSV format icon should be kept in the project
Have you updated the project and maybe changed any settings directly in the Translate Glossary app? Please provide us with steps to reproduce the case on our side. As I can see the file was uploaded to the project by you on June 26th
A couple days ago, the translators complained that the glossary was no longer working (terms were not highlighted and translations did not appear).
I went to the translate app and assigned the glossary to the project (I had done it when the project launched, a long while ago).
Following that, they were able to see it again.
Today, they informed me they were not able to update the terms, so I went back in the project’s settings and activated the permissions for everyone to edit the glossary.
I noticed the second file in the app’s folder at that moment.
I also re-activated the daily sync.
I should note that all of those settings had been set up for daily sync and full edit permissions when the glossary was first added, more than a year ago. I ret-activated those today as they were displayed as not active.
Seeing what looks like two glossaries in Crowdin usually comes down to a few common reasons.
It could be a project-specific glossary co-existing with an account-wide one, or perhaps different file versions or formats (like the recommended CSV).
To help us pinpoint the exact situation, we really need more details. Please provide screenshots and steps to reproduce what you’re seeing. A screen record with voice comments will be greatly appreciated as well. You can share this data with support@crowdin.com by email.
This will let us accurately guide you on which glossary to use or how to resolve any conflicts.
