I noticed problem with function “Uploading Translations” via language page and json format files. Some keys are omitted in the uploding update. The names of the omitted keys are correct. The structure of files: source and upload is the same. I tried the option: “Allow target translation to match source” with and without and result is the same - some data are omitted.
Hi,
To better assist you, could you please share the source file and the translation file that you’re trying to upload? This will help me understand if there are any empty keys or values that might be causing the problem.
JSON is a key-based file format, so if you have the same keys, there shouldn’t be any issue with that:
Additionally, if you could confirm whether these keys are marked as empty strings in your Crowdin project, that would be very helpful.
Once we have this information, we’ll be able to investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.
You may share the files via email to support@crowdin.com or send them to me via Direct Message here.
Alternatively, you might try uploading this translation as a spreadsheet file (upload as a TM) and them run a TM pre-translation.
