Unsure how to upload new JSON file for translation

Hi all,

First of all I feel very silly asking this, like it should be obvious to me but I can’t work it out…

I’ve inherited a project, and the translations for this project are managed through crowdin. I’m the account owner, and I can log in and see the multiple languages and translated JSON strings. BUT - I have no idea how to add more strings for translation. We’re working on a new feature and as part of this there are new strings, so I have an updated JSON file. I’ve no idea how to add this to crowdin, or what I’m supposed to do? Am I missing something totally obvious or could this be a permissions thing where I don’t have the permissions I need to be able to do this.

Here’s a screenshot to show what I can see…

When I go into for example English, I can see my JSON files, but all I can do is download them - there is no option to upload them - screenshot here

Thanks!

Matt

Hi Matt, looks like you’re not the owner. You may find an owner in the Dashboard > Details. Also an update of the source file in Sources > Files:
