Unable to uplaod new source file due to "exceeding" unique file format limit

Hi, I am currently using the free tier of CrowdIn. The free tier gives three unique file uploads, however it is still preventing me from uploading new files.

I’m trying to upload a .json file and I currently have uploaded:

.txt, .json, .xcstrings

Am I misunderstanding the unique file format limit or is this a bug?

Hi RoQoL,

Thank you for reaching out. The free plan on Crowdin allows for up to three unique file formats. Since you have already uploaded .txt, .json, and .xcstrings files, you have indeed reached the limit of unique file formats for your current plan.

If you need to upload another .json file and it’s not being accepted, it could be due to the unique file format limit already being met with your previous uploads. Several types of JSON file format are supported by Crowdin, and each of them is counted. To upload new files in another JSON format, you may need to remove one of the existing file formats first.
