Unable to update or delete source files

I have a project (ID colorblind_ultimate) where the source files are locked from changing. If I try to update them by running the GitHub integration sync, by manually uploading the file, or even trying to delete the file, I get this error:

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request

As it is currently, this project is useless as I can no longer add any new source strings, and I cannot delete the source files either to set it up again.

Any hints as to what I am doing wrong?

Hello @Rycieos

Can you kindly clarify what you mean by source files lock? You can’t update them?

If you are updating sources from the Crowdin end, please make sure you have “push sources” activated in Github integration. Also, you need to accept pull requests from Crowdin with these new files.

If you update the source in the GitHub system should automatically see it and bring it into Crowdin as well.

Correct, I cannot update them. I cannot update them in the Crowdin editor since they are not one of the selected formats, but that is not what I am trying to do. What I want to do is have the GitHub integration pull the updates in, but that is not working. The error is:

Method:
Sync Integration (GitHub Service)
Response code:
500 Internal Server Error

When trying to upload the file manually, I get the

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request

error. I get that same error if I try to delete the file manually.
