I have a .xliff file with translations which I’ve successfully imported, but I don’t actually see the translations (translation shows 0% progress). How can I import the translations from this file?
I believe it’s something with the target state. After you translated all the needed strings, the target state should be changed from to in your XLIFF file.

do you mean target state like target state=“translated”?
any CAT tool should export translated strings with this state but you can also manually fix it in notepade or other tool (Ctrl+C -> Ctrl+F -> Ctrl+V and replace target state with whatever you have with "translated)
