Hello. I logged into my private project and noticed that there was no access to it. Then I started looking at what was wrong and noticed that it was because of the excess number of words. Okay, I deleted the extra files so that the total number of words was less than 60,000, but nothing changed after these actions. What could be the problem?

From what I can see, your subscription is active now and you should be able to continue with your project. Can you please try to reload the page? If that doesn’t help, re-logging should do the trick.
