The document aligner does not work, it goes in error with every document you upload.

I have the same problem, I have just two small files which should align quickly, but I am just seeing this window:
I also got an error when selecting the source and target files. It took many attempts to actually select them.

To assist you better, could you please provide a screenshot of the error you’re encountering (not from our UI, but from the Browser developer console), as well as the types of files you are trying to align? This information will be crucial for our technical team to diagnose the problem. You can send this info to us directly (support@crowdin.com)
In the meantime, if you haven’t already, please try using a different browser or an Incognito/Private window to see if the issue persists.
