There are some text in the source file but not showed in editor that my teammate can’t continue translate

The issue that you currently experience might be caused by the old file version of your .md file. To update your file to the latest version, you would need to re-upload the file to the project.
In this case, you’ll have to make sure that translations are saved in the respectful TM, so after the re-upload, you will be able to restore them quickly (for example, by running the pre-translate via TM).
Alternatively, you can download translations to your PC first and then upload them via the “Translations” tab → “Upload existing translations” (and enable the “Approve added translations” option if needed)
