Select all strings for bulk approval?

I can no longer see the control for selecting strings. What am I missing? (see screenshot)

I used to be able to follow these steps to Bulk Approve strings:

• Select “Proofread” from the target language menu
• Select “Not Approved” in filter on left of the editor
• Tick the box on top left to select the strings and select the option to select ALL strings
• Click the multiple checkmark icon on the top right to approve all
