Hi all! I have also been in contact with Crowdin support, so I apologize for the redundancy. We have rich text fields in Contentful that are not showing as strings in Crowdin. I can’t figure out why, as the Crowdin store says that rich text does not require a new API or integration. Has anyone dealt with this before?

As I can see we asked you to provide us with a step by step action log that leads to this behavior? Could you please provide us with a video or additional screenshots showing the representative article in your Contentful?
It looks like the system takes it as a source, and as far as the system based on API connection, this file should be a source as well, in your Contentful instance
