Organization split translation project into like 8 projects since it was huge.
This action complicated the translation/proofreading, because now i can not monitor single page (in my case it was right the page with the list of strings where i could start working right away), but need to open 8 pages instead, because on the Workspace Crowdin Enterprise I am unable to see the strings awaiting translation/proofreading next to each project and I can not sort projects according to this number to see the projects needing attention on the top of the list.
Clicking particular projects takes 4-5 seconds to take me to its overview where I can see the progress bar. Then it requires 2 more clicks and next 5 seconds of waiting to get into the project.
I as a mere translator should be able to consolidate projects of an organization so i can bookmark single page and start working right away.
Also I am unable to find any way to search all projects for a phrase.
Currently, that’s how the Enterprise platform is designed, plans for the change in the near future aren’t planned as we know but your feedback is important for us, thank you for the suggestions
You can search for a phrase across all projects by using the search bar located in the upper right corner (next to the notifications and messages icons)
You can also sort projects in your workspace by last activity date by switching to the list project view
That said, we recommend setting up notifications for new strings so that you always know which project needs your attention. However, it’s important that project managers enable this option in Project Settings > Privacy > Notifications > “Notify translators about new strings”
If you mean magnifier icon which triggers Crowdin Enterprise then it does not work. I have tried to search for the full sentence (translation, found inside one of the project and it returned no results on any of the tab under mine mentioned URL.
If the update action is an approval during proofreading, then I suppose that it would mislead me into visiting the project despite it may have no remaining strings to approve or translate..
At Crowdin Enterprise I can see 16 projects and no button to enable notification for all. I would like not to receive more than 1 email daily.
Displaying number of remaining strings on the Workspace and allowing user to consolidate all projects into one translation/proofreading page, would solve the problem described in 1st post.
Yes, I meant this search but on the Source Strings tab: Crowdin Enterprise. You can search only within the source string or in the context across all projects. However, global search by translation is not available. I tested it for source strings, and it works well
Approving a translation counts as activity, so this action is also considered in the last activity date
Currently, there is no option to receive email notifications in batches once a day or at a specific interval (we added improvement tasks to our roadmap). If email notifications are enabled in your account settings (e.g., New Strings) and the project settings also have “Notify translators about new strings” enabled, you will receive an email notification each time a new string appears in the project
Hopefully you will make search also in translations.
making your suggestion not use-able to mine described issue in 1st post (would spend time getting into projects which requires no attention).
Most of the time I am a proofreader so I would prefer some summaries about count of unapproved strings across mine tracked 16 projects.
So again, Displaying number of remaining strings on the Workspace page and allowing user to consolidate all projects into one translation/proofreading page, would solve the problem described. Also getting to the proofreading should be matter of one click. So far it looks like i have to do around 3 clicks (~10 seconds of loading?) being on the Workspace page Crowdin Enterprise without guarantee there is any (proofreading) job to do, that is quite bad.
Just a quick note — you can switch between projects directly from the Editor. For example, when you’re working in the Editor on one project and finish, you can click the menu button (top left corner, three horizontal lines) > Project tab, and from there, select another project to open in the Editor
However, opening all projects in the Editor simultaneously for translation or proofreading is not technically feasible
This takes 3+2 clicks, ~15 seconds in total. If there is 10 projects, count how wasteful currentl workflow is just to check if there are any strings to proofread. Please do something about this issue described in my 1st post. At least it should be 1 click to get into proofreading/editor from the Workflow page, while seeing project stats like remaining strings to proofread and translate next to each project on Workflow.

This platform was designed for gathering feedback, and if your idea gets a lot of “Critical” or “Important” votes, there’s a higher chance it will be implemented.
The product board is moderated, and all ideas are reviewed before publishing. In cases when the idea already exists or there’s a workaround, we contact the request submitter directly.
As for translation search, it’s possible to search for a specific translation in the editor:
