Please please please please let me manually map my migrated repo in the integrations.

Hi bloodrizer,
I can suggest another workaround in this case. You can enable the duplicate option in the project * Show within a version branch (regular/strict detection) – duplicates will be hidden only between version branches.
Thus your translations + approvals + all translation history will migrate from your GitHub branch to the new BitBucket branch.
After you make sure that all content is migrated you can safely delete the GitHub branch and your BitBucket branch will become main. All translation activity will be preserved and you can continue your work : )
