It seems that that you’ve created a project and that started a free 14 days trial. If you wish to continue using a Free plan, you need to subscribe to it from our Pricing page following the URL below:

I’ve checked from our side and can see that you have 980.902 hosted words on your account, while on the Free plan, it is allowed to have 60.000 hosted words under the account
So feel free to remove some files or target languages to reduce the number of hosted words under your account or upgrade to the paid subscription that will cover your limits on our pricing page

There must be a mistake; I don’t know where these 980k words come from. I only have one project, translated only into French. There are only 8 files with a total of 32k words. I don’t understand how I could have exceeded the 60k-word limit.

Hosted words are the number of words that should be translated multiplied by the number of the project’s target languages. For example, if you upload a file with 500 words to a project with 10 target languages, you’ll have 5000 hosted words (500 × 10).
Tetiana is correct, no mistake, in your project H***es of Ha***r***ch 2 there are 980902 hosted words.
