Open Source "You have exceeded your plan quota"

Hello, my project is on the Open Source tier, and I’m receiving this warning: “You have exceeded your plan quota. Please upgrade your plan to prevent the account from being suspended.”

From what I’ve read elsewhere, I thought Open Source projects had no limits on word count and other factors, so I don’t really understand what to do here.
