Only one integration with Github "This action is not available for the account subscription plan"

I had to remove and reinstall my free github integration, but now it always fail during configuration with error:

I went back on Crowdin homepage and 1 integration is still mentioned as being free.
Did anything change ?

The whole service is pointless without Github integration…

Hi @ek-454 ! nothing changed in terms of a number of integrations. Please check the number of branches (if the system wants to create one more branch which is not allowed that can be a reason)
please also share the project name if possible and we will check on our side as well

Hello @Ira , I’ve tried many times, deleted the integration on Crowdin, deleted all my “xxx_i10n” branches and tried to start again from zero but always the same issue.

My project name is “e.k.a.r.t.o” (without the dots)

Hi there,

I checked your project and it looks like you still have a Branch in your project.

Please delete the branch from the Files tab of your project. After that, please feel free to set up a new GitHub connector.

Currently, you have the branch created in the Sources tab, that is why the integration is not allow you to configure it, as it will require adding a second branch
Feel free to delete the branch from the Sources tab and you’ll be able to set up the integration

On the Free plan, it is possible to connect only 1 branch (which already exists in your project)

Ok, that was not clear for me that there is a relation to github branch outside of the ‘github integration panel’… so also in the ‘source tabs’. Thank you !
