Hi everyone! The notion integration doesn’t load my notion’s pages: it keep playing the green circle animation. Any idea on how to solve?
Hi Ruben, as we can see from our database, files from the Notion are loaded in 30 seconds. Could you please kindly re-check?

I have installed notion while when the notion page keeps loading after clicking login with the crowdin platform.

Yes. I did. After clicking Log In to Notion. It new tabs was opened go the notion website. While it keeps loading forever. Can you advise how this can be resolved?

Do I have to be a Notion member for integration? I am currently a guest member of a notion workspace
Hi, yes you need to be a member with write and read access in order to setup the integration.

I am now able to integrate Notion. Unfortunately, I was not able to sync the contents. I have tried different files for the same notion workspace but no luck. please refer to the screenshot below which keeps returning same error message.

Could you please tell me in which project you’re getting this error, is it the MiLKBOXnotion project? Also, please tell me if this error occurs when you try to sync all content from Notion > to Crowdin or select a specific one?

Could you please tell me what file you were trying to sync, where it is located/path? You can simply take a screenshot of the integration page so that this file is visible on the left side where the list of files for syncing from Notion is

We’ve checked from our end and it looks like this was an internal limit (you’re under the Free plan, and it allows only 3 file formats to be used simultaneously).
You already have uploaded 3 different files with different extensions, so the system prevents new uploads.
I’ve done some magic from our end so you can run a smooth test with Notion, please try running the integration one more time
