Hey there, I created an invitation link in my project and sent it to my proof reader, and this page showed up when she clicked the link. I tried create both translator and proofreader invitation links, but she ended up in the same page. By the way she‘s in Sweden. I don’t know if there is a regional ban or something else, please tell me how I can get her into the project, thank you!

It appears that there may be an issue with the invitation link or the status of your proofreader’s account. We don’t have any regional bans; you can access Crowdin from any country. To resolve this, please try the following steps:

Ask your proofreader to log in to their Crowdin account first:

After logging in, have them click on the invitation link you provided once more.
If the issue persists, please remove the proofreader from the pending users in the Members tab and send a new invitation.
Should this not resolve the problem, kindly provide me with the email of your proofreader and the project URL so I can investigate further from my side. You can DM me or reach out to our support team to keep the project and email private.
