It this possible to have shared content delivery and real time preview for 2+ project at the one moment of time? So to make SDK work with them?

For now, there is no such possibility to have content delivery and real-time preview from two Crowdin projects simultaneously, since it requires a distribution created within a project.
A separate distribution should be created per one individual project, but there is no possibility in SDK to connect two distributions at the same time.
