Is it possible to move source files and translated files from one project to another? Maybe somebody knows the correct way of doing this?

The best solution here is to export all needed files from the 1st project and import them to the 2nd project
You can do the next steps:

Download all source files in from the 1st project at Project Settings > Files tab (or you have them locally, so you can skip this step)

Upload these files to the 2nd project in the same tab

Download all translations in from the 1st project Project Settings > Translations tab > Build & download button

Upload these translations to the 2nd project in the same tab
