Max length for all project

I know I can add a limit of characters length for 1 string, as it says in knowledge base

limit "1,50" – means that the length of the string is between 1 and 50 characters.

Is it possible to add a file\project level restriction? I need this to translate social media posts which are 1 file and always should have not more that specified length., no matter what is the langiage.
