Mailjet integration not working

I’ve set up the integration correctly, but when i try to sync a template from Mailjet to Crowdin, I get:

Sync files to Crowdin Failed
Finished with errors. See error logs.

I don’t see any error logs…

I see that you’re under the Free plan, it allows 1 Branch, 1 Integration, and up to 3 different file formats. Please check whether you’re not exceeding this limit.

I also noticed that last time with Mailjet the issue was not with the connector itself but with the API key. I’d recommend reviewing its configuration or any restrictions to ensure everything is set up correctly.

Yes, I have only 1 integration, I deleted the other one. I’m not exceeding this limit.

Last time, the issue was not strictly to do with the API key but to do with what type of API key Crowdin accepts (it doesn’t accept subaccount API keys - though this not mentioned in the documentation).

Anyway, everything is set up correctly, the problem is that Campaigns come through fine, but transactional email campaigns don’t. Is this another undocumented limitation?

Yes, correct, due to some API limitations only Campaigns are supported.

Are the limitations on the Crowdin API or the Sender API? I’m just trying to work out who I should ask to address this limitation?

I checked with the team and currently Sender does not have an API for transactional emails.

We will be happy to add it to the integration if Sender implements an API for transactional emails.
