Hi tnodir,
Could you record a short video demonstrating the issue you’re experiencing? Alternatively, if you’d prefer, you can provide the details via our support email support@crowdin.com. Please also include the name of the project you’re working on and any relevant screenshots to help us better understand the matter.
Hi Olena,
The project is Fort Firewall dashboard in Crowdin
Steps to reproduce:
Open project’s Dashboard: Russian has “QA” mark:
Click on Russian language, click on “UI Sources” and check the “All QA Issues” filter:
…
Expected: 7 strings with QA issues are shown.
Actual result: Empty list.
Hi @tnodir
As far as I can see from our side the Russian languge is 100% approved. Approved strings are automatically considered correct, and any QA issues linked to a string are cleared once it’s approved.
The reason you still see QA issues on the project dashboard is likely due to the cache not being reset immediately.
Hi tnodir
On our side, this is a known behavior: the QA checks counter may not update instantly after QA issues are resolved due to caching.
It’s several weeks in this state. Can you please reset the cache?
