Well, this integration affects only texts (or at least, “mostly” texts - never used to translate something except texts), so yes, you can change everything (pictures, graphics, and so on) except texts. If the texts are changed, the translations won’t be caught. But if the text will be transferred from let’s say tag
to tag textarea, or list (li), everything should keep working.
