The project manager sent me an invitation to the project, but I cannot join the project as error This invitation is already used. is shown. The project manager cannot send a new invitation as it says that the user was already invited. I tried to click on Join, but the project manager did not receive any notification to approve. Please let me know how this could be fixed.
Probably first one went to the spam folder, manager clicked on the invite once more, so you received 2nd one.
Can the manager check whether you’re among the “pending” members? Can be done via members → filter: show pending users. In this case, the manager can delete + re-send an invitation.
