I have been invited to a project as a manager, and I am in the list of managers in the private project’s website. However, I didn’t get an email and I can’t see the project in my Crowdin dashboard (and I don’t see any way to list invitations).
Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure the invitation hasn’t been filtered there. If you still can’t find the email, you can try the following:
- Ask the project owner to cancel the pending invitation.
- Have them send a new invitation to your email address.
If the problem persists, please provide the name of the project and your Crowdin username so we can investigate further
