The reason why project creation was restricted is because your geolocation was identified as Russia. Due to war crimes and human rights violations by the Russian regime in Ukraine, Crowdin no longer provides services to companies and users registered in Russia. The platform remains fully accessible to translators and proofreaders, but does not provide any new licenses (free or paid) for residents of Russia. This policy affects all residents regardless of individual views or actions, as it is a broad decision made by the company in response to the situation
