I cannot pay with our company credit card for the Pro subscription

I wanna use Pro plan but your payment solution decline our company card. This card is being use with other bunch of services. And we wanna migrate l10n solution from other one to yours but payment doesn’t work.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. It seems that for some reason our payment partner FastSpring blocked the charges from your credit card. I will reach out to them and ask to remove that block.

We will get back with updates in the shortest terms, sorry once again!

It seems already the payment has been paid. but I cannot see any subscription updated. so is it OK to use other credit card to subscribe and you guys cancel previous payment?
btw I’ve just started trial mode. so it’s not urgent.

If you’ve bought a subscription from this account, right now I don’t see it in “active status”. Once we receive a reply from our payment provider we’ll update you!

btw We couldn’t pass the payment last time. but somehow it’s just paid after Yuliia’s support and no subscription.

We received a reply that all should be fixed now and you were whitelisted. You’re welcome to try to proceed with the payment again.

I cannot proceed to subscribe Pro plan. The subscription button of Pro plan is disabled. Can you check?

From what I can see, it looks like you have webhooks configured in your project. Currently, webhooks are not available at the Pro plan, which is why the system does not allow you to subscribe to this plan. Could you please disable this feature? Then you should be able to purchase the mentioned plan

You mean integration? I don’t see any configured webhooks on settings.
