I saw the functionality to create a request to add a new language (“Request New Language”), but I can’t find a list of these requests anywhere in the project settings.
Can anyone help with this?

Please check your account settings → notification. If you’re a project owner, you can enable the notification for new language requests by email for example.
Old requests will not re-appear unfortunately, so you need to ask users to re-send them, or contact them via some message, maybe create a community poll to vote for new languages in Discord or similar.

But I think this functionality is not working right now. I sent several requests from another account but I did not receive any email or notification on the website (all settings are enabled).
Could you please confirm if you’re referring to the Crowdin Com platform or Crowdin Enterprise?
Additionally, could you provide the name of the project or ID where you’re experiencing this issue?

Hi there,
We have a task (int. number CN-55560) to improve this option so that language requests are displayed in the project settings next to languages.
There will be the requested language and the number of requests. Plus, users will be able to read messages about those requests.
For now, language requests should still work, and emails should arrive accurately because even users who contacted us about the improvement, said that those letters are just too many to handle via email notifications, that’s why there is a task to improve.
So this could be some unique case that notifications are not coming (maybe a block from the email provider, or something else), or there is some delay.
In any case, the task will be implemented and the experience with requests will be better. As a workaround for now, please contact users via some messenger, maybe create a community poll to vote for new languages in Discord or similar.
