How to quickly check my Excel file configuration?

Hi, I’m working with Excel files, and I’d like to wonder about how to easily check the scheme of my file?

Anytime I’m trying to update it or just to how it looks like I need to download the source and it’s quite frustrating. Any small tip would be appreciated.

There’s a tip, if you go to any Target language, there are 3 dots near the file, click them, it would allow you to Upload translations, click that button and you’ll receive this pop up with a scheme
