Is there a way to write to all members of a project via the web UI to announce to them that strings have been added or changed so that they can translate them?
Hello @tbsprs,
You can start a discussion in the Project and all the users who have notifications enabled will receive a note about a new discussion.
Otherwise, you can enable the option to notify managers, developers, and linguists about new strings via Project Settings → Privacy section.

I enabled the notify options in the Project Settings now.
When do the enabled notification settings apply?
- Right now: picking up new strings which I already pushed
- For future changes: once I push new strings

After you enabled the notification > then uploaded new strings > your colleagues will receive the notification
