Hello, I would like to block someone on Crowdin, but I don’t know how to. Does Crowdin actually have this feature, and if, please tell me how to block a user.

Sure, just go to the Members page, select the needed user, and change the role to “Blocked”:
No, I want to block a user who is messaging me, can I do that?
Not sure it’s possible
But you can mute conversation → a wheel button → mute conversation
Or, report spam → hover a mouse near the message, so the 3 bullets would appear → report spam
