Hi, I have a weird situation, sometimes my API drops without any errors or so. I manage 12 projects, perhaps I send too many requests? Because when I run in a parallel 8-10 requests all works fine, if I run 60-70 - not as good as in the case with 8-10 
How many am I allowed?
It should be about 20 or so.
Maybe 17-18
Definitely 20 per second + per account (personal, not for project - for manager or owner)
