How do I downgrade to free plan

I have a main account: sevenc-nanashi.

Thanks to GitHub Educations, my account had a upgraded plan, but as the plan is expired, I tried to downgrade to free plan.

But there is no button that downgrades my plan.

Also Crowdin Community rejects my account (sevenc-nanashi) for logging in:

There is a problem with your account. Please contact the site’s administrator.

Could you help me?

Hi @sevenc7c, we have already switched your account to the Free plan, so you can continue working on your projects within the Free plan limits (you can check the limits on the Pricing page in the comparison table)
