how could I delete some unneeded hosted words ?

Hosted words = target languages X source words.
So in order to decrease the hosted words count you need to either delete some source content (files for example) or languages that are not a priority for now.

Hello, I want to know is this calculated by projects separately? Like if I had 2 projects, 1 is 5K the other is 5K, so I have 5K words hosted or 10K hosted? And is translation memory/glossary included?
Hosted words are the number of words that should be translated multiplied by the number of the project’s target languages. For example, if you upload a file with 500 words to a project with 10 target languages, you’ll have 5000 hosted words (500 × 10).
The calculation is made for an account: if you had 2 projects, each containing 5,000 hosted words, total account usage will be 10,000 hosted words.
Translation memory and glossary are not counted as hosted words.
