We have an existing project with its translations and wish to get exactly the same duplicate of this project to do our test there. Couldn’t find the option for that, probably you know?

There is no way, but you could re-upload the source files and upload the translations from the previous project. Then copy over the settings and your project looks pretty much the same from the outside.
But this means you lose all comments, issues, translation ownerships, dates and more.
