Hebrew CLDR 42 changes

Hi guys,
For some reason, CLDR has decided to change the plural rules for Hebrew based on a single opinion.

Applying this change will delete years’ worth of translation work.
Please refrain from applying this change until we will revert it (we’re working on it as we speak).

Hello @Yaron

We have some CLDR-related tasks open (45491 and 29875) but they are not close to release.

I guess those new rules won’t be applied soon, you should have enough time to manage the revert from your end.
