Hi, I am having some problem with the github sync, we have made changes in crowdin and when the sync time passes or I force it, it is not updating in github.

You mean that you are adding translations in Crowdin and they are not syncing to your rpeo, correct? Can you please press Pause integration and then Resume the sync and let us know how it goes?
If it won’t help please provide more details on the matter. Some screenshots from Crowdin and from your repo with some specific examples of the strings where the translation was added in Crowdin but is missing in the repo.
