As far as I can see from our database, all files are successfully exported. If you want to preserve the same structure of folders on export as well, you can add the %original_path% placeholder to your export pattern path (Sources tab → three dots next to the needed file → Settings → Resulting file after translation export), e.g. /%locale%/%original_path%/%original_file_name%
