Feature request: scrolling instead of separate pages

The views for editing translations use a mix of scrolling and separate pages. I find the blend a bit clumsy:

  • Since one has to scroll to see many entries, it can be easy to forget to also advance to later pages. S
  • Trying to select all entries is a 2-step process: first one clicks a checkbox, then has to notice a message (easy to miss) offering a link to extend the selection to all pages.

If practical, it would be nice to entirely do away with pages and just use scrolling (as many other sites have done).

Our page displays 50 strings, then you need to go to the next page. In editor settings, you can activate auto-movement if required.

This was done to keep the system usable and productive (rendering 50 strings per page is great for the performance).
