Feature Request: Higher Sync Schedules for the GitHub integration

Would it be possible to add some higher Sync Schedules for the GitHub integration?
The maximum currently is 24 hrs. This is way too frequent from me.
Ideally, one Crowdin sync per week is enough for me, not every 24 hrs…

Hi @raoulvdberge , for the sync once in a week we’d recommend using manual sync. However, we’ll pass your idea to the team and in case of positive feedback will inform you

Have a nice day,

I get that, but I’d prefer if my workflow could stay in GitHub. Enabling manual sync requires me to go to Crowdin from time to time (I have to think about it and remember).

A big advantage of the automatic sync is that I don’t have to think about it, and can just handle the PR as soon as it comes in through GitHub (via GitHub notifications.)

But now, a new PR comes in (almost) every day, which is pretty spammy. Also, given that the integration creates a new commit per translation, this causes way too many commits with that interval.

Still, thanks for considering.

Hi @raoulvdberge,

We understand your opinion and have passed your request to the product team🙌🏻

Meanwhile, possible export options will help you reduce the number of PRs🤞🏻 For example if you choose “Export only approved translations” + “Skip untranslated files”
