Error when trying to request a new language

“Hello, I am willing to translate the “Create” mod to Georgian language.
I was born and raised in Georgia.”

This was the message I tried to send but it gave me 2 errors saying:

This action is not allowed. Please contact our support team for more details.

In case you want to translate Crowdin projects, we don’t invite translators currentlly.

But if you’re referring to one of our customers that use Crowdin for their projects, it is better to contact their team directly with your questions, they will be able to help you:

I get this as well. It’s not a project issue but one with the website.

It would be helpful if you could include a short description of what action you took just before the error appeared — that way, our team can investigate more efficiently.

Same here,

  1. Request new language
  2. Select any language, fill in the message
  3. Click “done” and the error pops up…

Hi @5OBHAN,

It’s necessary to be a member of the project in order to request new languages. Please send the join request first and then you should be able to request new languages.
