Hi,
As the warning message on the Sources > Settings > Languages settings page suggests, hiding duplicate strings doesn’t work well when some source files don’t target all languages. I assume this is because the relevant attributes (“duplicate”, “master”, “hide”, etc.) are assigned to the string, not the string+language combination, and there seems to be no way to make it work (manually changing the show/hide attribute for the string doesn’t work either, because it affects all languages).
Is this correct? And the only way is to show the duplicates (which I want to avoid because the translator charges for all duplicates)? Is there a way to use these two features at the same time and make it work?
