I don’t know where the focus is. I’m now using FireFox on Ubuntu OS.
Here is a sample with CSS I have added. Current selection string in the left bar, and focusing on the input fields are required.

Hi @maboroshin
Could you please provide more details on the matter?
In the Editor, the currently opened string is highlighted.
You might also consider changing the theme in the Editor: Discover the right solution to enhance Crowdin experience.
Please feel free to correct me if I misunderstood you,
Thanks! My first report is FireFox118.01 on Ubuntu 23.10. It’s the 2023 old version.
To confirm your opinion I tested on Windows 10 and the highlighting on the left bar was enabled in both Edge and FireFox. It was the same as yours. Selection area is more whiter.
Then I displayed this image again in the Ubuntu. No highlights there. Press the PSC key to capture the screen. At that point, the entire screen darkened and I could see the highlights of the selection.
The above image didn’t work. The whites in this image are all identical white on Ubuntu. There is no highlighting. This image is highlighted on Windows and iOS.
Perhaps Ubuntu FireFox’s default white is hard to distinguish from Crowdin’s highlighted white. In other words, it is probably a bug in a particular OS.
Got you! Thank you a lot for the clarification,
Perhaps as a workaround, you can add a colourful theme in Editor to work in Ubuntu OS. Do you think it can work?
Yes, a theme other than white highlights may be appropriate. Or the Ubuntu driver in my environment is not able to show the minor color differences and they are identical white.
The default dark theme is also highlightable in Ubuntu. This dark themes don’t have this problem.
I was able to install the theme from this URL instead of that URL.

The theme could then be changed from the editor settings of each project. I changed to a different theme and this problem was solved. Thanks for your support.
